چکیده

Advanced rotational variable-swept missile wings require the ability to rapidly deploy, retract and reach designated position. Therefore, establishment of an effective time-varying aeroelastic model a rotating wing is prerequisite for performing transient response analysis during rapid morphing process. In this paper, finite element at fixed configuration combined with floating frame method describe small elastic deformations large rigid-body displacements wing, respectively. Combining structural dynamic supersonic piston theory, nonlinear undergoing process established. A real-time determination lifting surface discussed. Based on proposed equations motion, flutter characteristics different sweep angles are obtained. The influences actuator spring constant, damping ratio post-lock stages, as well velocity quadratic term in equations, responses system studied. simulation results show that greatly influenced by angle. Moreover, jumping phenomenon speed due switching modes found increase simulations demonstrate mainly occur stage, so much more attention needs be focused vibrations. addition, under given parameters, has little effect system. This study provides efficient predicting variable swept wing.

Nonlinear Aeroelastic Analysis of Joined-wing Aircraft

Joined-wing aircraft are being designed for ‘sensorcraft’ configuration. Joined wings lead to multiple load paths and constraints. The focus of this work is to understand the nonlinear structural as well as aeroelastic behavior of joined wings. The paper presents a formulation for the nonlinear aeroelastic analysis of joined wings. Results are presented for two joined wings configurations. Over...

Static Aeroelastic Analysis for Generic Configuration Wing

STATIC aeroelastic analysis capability that calculates A flexible air loads for generic configuration wings was developed. It was made possible by integrating a finite element structural analysis code (MSWNASTRAN) and a panel code of aerodynamic analysis based on linear potential flow theory. The framework already built in MSC/NASTRAN was used, and the aerodynamic influence coefficient matrix w...

Modeling, simulation and analysis of a multi degree of freedom aircraft wing model

This paper presented methods to determine the aerodynamic forces that acton an aircraft wing during flight. These methods are initially proposed for asimplified two degree-of-freedoms airfoil model and then are extensivelyapplied for a multi-degree-of-freedom airfoil system. Different airspeedconditions are considered in establishing such methods. The accuracy of thepresented methods is verifie...

Modeling and Analysis of Time-Varying Graphs

We live in a world increasingly dominated by networks – communications, social, information, biological etc. A central attribute of many of these networks is that they are dynamic, that is, they exhibit structural changes over time. While the practice of dynamic networks has proliferated, we lag behind in the fundamental, mathematical understanding of network dynamism. Existing research on time...
